Your enquiry basket stores product IDs and quantities in your browser local storage, under the key ecofurr:cart:v1. It stays on your device. You can empty it with Clear basket, or by clearing site data in your browser.

Decorative animation
The paw-print animation uses small inline graphics, does not download cat videos or sprite images, and does not store animation preferences. It respects your reduced-motion setting. Older cat preference settings may remain locally from earlier visits; clear site data to remove them.
Online checkout preview
The optional checkout preview sends selected product IDs and quantities to our server to calculate an advisory quote. It does not change or submit your saved enquiry basket. An essential, signed first-party cookie called eco_furr_checkout keeps your anonymous checkout test layout consistent for up to 30 days. Clearing site data removes it. Our server records checkout layout exposures and quote requests in operational logs; these are not verified sales or unique-customer counts.
Optional food-range interest
Only if you choose to submit the interest form, Eco Furr stores your email address (trimmed and lowercased), selected dry/wet food categories, and the time and version of your explicit consent in its private database to assess interest in the planned range. No launch date is promised, no order is placed, and no email or automatic notification is sent. This is not marketing-email consent. The record is retained until withdrawal. A duplicate submission does not change your original choices or consent.
Withdrawing interest
A new registration displays a private withdrawal code once. Save it securely: it is not emailed or saved in your browser, and only its hash is stored on the server. Anyone with the code can withdraw. Return to Products → Planned range → Withdraw interest to delete the matching email, preferences and consent record. If you lose the code, contact Eco Furr through the details below; ownership must be verified before manual removal. To change categories, withdraw and register again.
Interest form abuse protection
The interest form uses a hidden spam field and shared database request limits. Short-lived counters use keyed hashes of the server-observed network address or email, not raw addresses. Counters expire after their one-hour window and are removed on subsequent form requests. There is no public list of registrations. Application logs exclude form contents and withdrawal codes.
What this website does not collect
Apart from the optional email interest form, this frontend does not collect your name, address, phone number or payment details, and has no account or login. Online payments are not active. The preview does not place an order, reserve stock, or charge you.
When you contact us
If you tap WhatsApp, call, email, Instagram, Facebook or Amazon, you leave this site. What you share there is handled by that provider under its own policies, including WhatsApp, Meta, and Amazon. Any details you send us in chat are used to answer your enquiry.
Fonts
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address under its own policy.
